Community Caterers Network

The history of the Foodbank is intimately connected with the Community Caterers Network. In meetings over the past five years the idea has been explored in as much detail as possible. Now we believe it is an idea whose time has come.

Our members include family centres, shelters for the homeless, and community cafes.

We are a group of individuals and organisations with one thing in common: food, and how it is provided within the community in Oxford. Our objective is to "provide support and the sharing of knowledge amongst its members to achieve best practice and improvements in food access and healthy eating".
